Inception Growth Acquisition Limited and The Tomorrow Workforce Holdings Limited Announce the Execution of a Definitive Business Combination Agreement

The Tomorrow Workforce, a Singapore-based developer of enterprise-grade natural language code generation tools for machine-learning and data management platforms, today announced it has entered into a definitive business combination agreement with Inception Growth Acquisition Limited (NASDAQ: IGTA), a publicly traded special purpose acquisition company (SPAC) incorporated in Delaware.

Upon the closing of the transaction, the newly combined company will be headquartered in the British Virgin Islands and operate under the new name Prodigy, Inc. Its ordinary shares are expected to be listed on the Nasdaq Stock Market under the ticker symbol “PRGY.”
