​PHILIP CHUA

Director and Co-Founder (Operations)

Philip Chua is the CEO of The Tomorrow Workforce. He brings with him over 20 years of enterprise software management experience in Asia. He has a keen focus in Internet business and emerging security technologies.In his previous careers, Philip held various management positions in IT Multinational corporations. He is the Regional Head for Akamai ASEAN region, growing the CDN business in Asean by more than 200%. He was also the General Manager (Software) of Hewlett-Packard in Asia South, managing the software revenue of 10 countries as well as the Regional Director for Lexis Nexis in ASEAN.Philip has over 12 years of tenure with CA as the Country Manager for Singapore, consistently delivered solid gains in market share.Philip graduated in 1992 with a Bachelor of Science (Information Systems) degree from The National University of Singapore.

Philip Chong has been in various leadership roles in Big 4 audit firms since 1997.  Philip has served as the professional services firm’s Global Leader for Digital, AI Control and Algorithm practice which  provides advisory services to clients for the adoption of digital & AI technologies in their business models and processes. 

Professionally, Philip competencies are in digital, enterprise risk management, business continuity management, GRC technologies, project management, cybersecurity, data privacy, crisis management and IT audit.  Philip has been involved with organizations across SE Asia to provide advisory services

Currently Philip serve in the Audit Committees of National University of Singapore (NUS) and National Kidney Foundation (NKF).  He is presently providing GRC consultancy services to a hospital and a healthcare conglomerate on an individual basis.

PROF ALEX SIOW YUEN KHONG

Non-Executive Chairman

Prof Alex Siow is presently the Professor (Practice) in the School of Computing, NUS and concurrently Director of the Advanced Computing for Executives Centre, the Strategic Technology Management Institute (STMI) and the Centre for Health Informatics.Prior to the current appointment, Prof Alex was the Managing Director of the Health & Public Service at Accenture. Alex started his career as a Structural Engineer in HDB in 1981 and was appointed the Chief Information Officer in 1989. In 2003, Alex joined the private sector and became the Senior Vice-President in StarHub Ltd. He held various portfolios including Head, Business Market, CIO and Head, Enterprise Risk Management.Prof Alex was very active in the IT Community. He was the President of the Singapore Computer Society from 1997 to 2001, the President of ITMA from 1995 to 1999. He was also the first President of the Singapore Chapter of the Project Management Institute and served from 2001 to 2012. From 2001 to 2005, Alex was the Chairman of the e-Learning Chapter of SiTF.Alex is currently a member of Temasek Polytechnic Board of Governors, a member in the Board of Trustees of Singapore University of Social Sciences and a member of the Edusave Advisory Council. He is also the Chairman of the Board of Directors of Toffs Technologies Pte Ltd.Prof Alex’s expertise is in IT Governance, Enterprise Risk Management, Management of Emerging Technology and Technology Roadmap Planning. He is also active in the Fintech and Blockchain Community. Alex is currently the ICO and Strategic Advisor to Nexty.io, Azbit.com, Aora.com, Gosama.io and to Apollo Shenzhen project, Wakalu project and Rho project.
